Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original Goral packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in pristine, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
